Charcuterie Boards

Charcuterie Boards have been around since the beginning of modern cooking, and remain popular as both hors d’oeuvres and appetizers.  The spread on each can be easily changed to incorporate small bites of almost any food!

Pictured here are boards we have made for weddings, dinner parties, and classes.  We regularly make boards that are gluten free, non-dairy, or contain only fruits and vegetables. 

Our classic charcuterie board have Soprasatta, coppa, prosciutto, colby-jack, pepper-jack, Pimento cheese spread, and three types of crackers.  The price starts around $12 per person

Main Course

We have training and experience cooking a wide variety of foods from cuisines around the world.  From chicken parmesan and paella to curry and stir fry, we have a main course for any palate!

The protein is often the feature of the meal, whether it is chicken, steak, or a more exotic meat like ostrich or halibut.  It is also normally the most expensive part of the plate, which is why we offer a wide variety to fit any budget.

The prices below are examples of proteins and the sides that are commonly ordered with them:

Sirloin Steak (8 oz) with roasted potatoes and asparagus vegetable medley – $33 per plate

Blackened Salmon Filet (8oz) with roasted potatoes and asparagus vegetable medley – $29 per plate

Chicken Parmesan with Caesar Salad and Garlic knots – $25 per plate
